Is the Zamp RZ-67D helmet SA2025 rated?

Yes, the RZ-67D is Snell SA2025 Certified and can be used for competitive racing through the end of the year 2035. The SA2025 certification sticker is on the inside of the shell for easy display during tech inspection.

What are the features of the RZ-67D?

The Zamp RZ-67D is a lightweight, feature-packed helmet engineered specifically for dirt racing while remaining versatile enough for other forms of auto racing. Constructed with a large weave carbon fiber shell, it delivers exceptional strength and reduced weight for all-day comfort on the track. The RZ-67D features minimal forward venting to help keep dirt and debris out while directing airflow across the shield to minimize fogging and through the chin area for improved breathability. Its advanced DDAIR-System integrates air channels directly into the EPS foam liner, allowing air to circulate evenly throughout the entire helmet for enhanced cooling and comfort.

Graphic models are finished with color-matched, removable, and washable interiors, including the cheek pads, dual dirt curtains, and top liner, providing a premium look while making maintenance quick and easy. Whether you're battling for position on a dirt oval or competing in other racing disciplines, the RZ-67D delivers the comfort, protection, and style serious racers demand.

Not only does the viewport use a synthetic rubber gasket to seal the helmet and shield, but all RZ-67D helmets include a dirt specific Z20 shield that includes additional dirt protection with a rubber seal at the top.

For hydration tube setups, the RZ-67D includes a hole/plug in the chin bar for easy installation. This makes staying hydrated on the track effortless and easy. Additionally, this helmet has a large front lower duckbill that not only provides additional protection from flying debris but also prevents helmet lift at speed.

The interior features an ultra-soft color matched liner, pads, and dual chin curtains that can be removed to be washed and replaced. The dual chin curtains are on the bottom of the viewport and bottom for of the helmet, for nose to chin dirt protection coverage.

What is included with the RZ-67D?

The RZ-67D includes a clear rear spoiler to increase helmet stability at speed. This spoiler can be easily attached to the back of the helmet with the pre-installed adhesive and can also be removed without damaging the helmet.

Included Ear Cups & Ear Pads provide a quieter cockpit environment while allowing drivers to customize their comfort.

A drawstring carry bag is also included to help protect your helmet during transport or when stored inside a gear bag.

The Zamp RZ-67D uses a a Z20 Dirt Style Shield on the Z20 Pivot System, all Z20 shields are compatible with all RZ Zamp Helmets. There is a large selection of Z20 shield styles available from Dark Smoke, Chrome Styles, Prizm Styles, Photochromic Styles, and Anti-fog styles.

The Z20 Pivot system is used on ZAMP's RZ named helmets and is equipped for a large majority of ZAMP's SA-Rated helmets. They also come in many colors to give your helmet an additional stylish flare!

What is the sizing chart for the Zamp RZ-67D?

Take several measurements. The largest measurement is the one you want to use.

Proper helmet fit is vital to the performance of a helmet. For the helmet to perform properly during an impact, it must stay securely on the head. Due to varying shapes, heads that are apparently the same size when measured may not necessarily fit the same size helmet. A small metal tape measure or a cloth tape may be used to make your initial measurement. You can also use a string, which can then be laid against a tape measure. Measure the circumference of the head at a point approximately one inch above the eyebrows in front, and at a point in the back of the head that results in the largest possible measurement.
