The XR7 PRO builds on Bell's proven GP.3 series of asphalt racing helmets that are a mainstay at tracks across the country as a durable, reliable choice for many top drivers.
Bell's XR7 features a lightweight carbon/fiberglass composite shell molded to a new aero profile, with
a rear spoiler built directly into the shell for enhanced high-speed stability. Exhaust vents on the back of the spoiler pair with the chin bar vents to create a Venturi ventilation system-
pulling significant airflow through the helmet and extracting hot air. There are three additional closeable vents on the crown of the helmet.
The XR7 uses an optical-grade
SE07 Double Screen Anti-Fog (DSAF) shield that eliminates fog even in wet or humid conditions. The shield seal has also been upgraded with a rubber gasket, sealing the eyeport so dust and water can't penetrate even when racing in the most demanding conditions.
New for this version of the XR7 is the addition
Bell's SmartLock visor system. This mechanism ensures the shield is locked firmly in place during any collision while also allowing easy opening and closing via a depressible tab.
Every detail of the Bell XR7 PRO is built around what road racers actually need. The removable chin guard face piece features integrated channels, giving you multiple routing options for drinking tube and radio microphone systems. The helmet ships with earpads installed, with noise-reducing earcups also available. And
HANS anchors come factory-installed as standard equipment!
