Built for the serious kart racer, the RS7K is the karting specific version of the RS7 with a non-fire retardant, extra durable interior. Based on the HP7 design and featuring a lightweight carbon composite shell, the RS7-K uses an innovative shell and shield design to improve acoustic comfort while enhancing aerodynamic performance and energy absorbing capacities.

The sleek, aerodynamic design features an advanced ventilation system with 14 intake and extraction channels that can be used with or without air intake covers. The RS7-K's double screen anti-fog (DSAF) visor and rubber gasket seal prevents water from entering the helmet in rain conditions.

The Snell K2020 RS7-K is a ultimate choice for karters who demand superior features, light weight, and excellent fit.

The RS7-K features a front aero fascia, an ultra-lightweight carbon composite shell, and a pro-style interior with neck padding for outstanding comfort. The direct flow chin bar vents on the front of the helmet help to increase airflow and prevent shield fogging.

The RS7-K has been designed to work for all open wheel and open compartment forms of racing with a sleek aerodynamic profile. An optional aerodynamic kit is also available to enhance helmet performance and provide greater stability at higher speeds. The aerodynamic kit includes a chin bar gurney which adds down force to the front of the helmet to prevent lift and a rear spoiler that improves overall helmet stability. Both items come in an unpainted clear finish and attach with included double sided adhesive that holds aggressively to the shell yet can be removed easily without damaging the helmet's finish.

Included with the optional Aero Kit:

    • 2050062 - RS7-K Clear Chin Bar Gurney
    • 2050031 - RS7-K Clear Rear Spoiler

The RS7-K takes a SE07 3MM Shield which features the SV SE07 pivot system and thumb tab on the drivers left side to allow for easy shield operation. Each helmet comes with a double screen anti-fog (DSAF) visor insert as standard equipment. The RS7-K also features Bell's redesigned face piece with recessed areas that allow for seamless radio integration and easy installation. Racers can also customize the fit of the RS7-K by using Bell's Cheek Pad Inserts in 5mm to 20mm sizes to tighten the fit in the cheek area.

The RS7-K is certified to the Snell K2020 standard which requires the helmet to be tested to the Snell SA2020 impact test criteria but does not require the helmet to be fire retardant. This allows the interior to be of a more durable material to allowing this helmet to be comfortable for years of racing.

Take several measurements. The largest measurement is the one you want to use.

Proper helmet fit is vital to the performance of a helmet. For the helmet to perform properly during an impact, it must stay securely on the head. Due to varying shapes, heads that are apparently the same size when measured may not necessarily fit the same size helmet. A small metal tape measure or a cloth tape may be used to make your initial measurement. You can also use a string, which can then be laid against a tape measure.

Measure the circumference of the head at a point approximately one inch above the eyebrows in front, and at a point in the back of the head that results in the largest possible measurement.
